REFUND, REPLACEMENT & ORDER POLICY

This Policy outlines how GiantPro (“we”, “us”, “our”) manages shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds for purchases made by customers (“you”, “your”). It applies to all orders placed through our official website www.giantpro.in or any other GiantPro sales channel.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. SHIPPING

Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days after full payment, subject to product availability. If an item is delayed or out of stock, we will inform you via the contact details provided. Dispatch times are estimates only and do not constitute a binding obligation.

Delivery Timelines
Delivery durations shown at checkout are approximate. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, customs procedures, strikes, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by such events.

Shipping Charges & Import Duties
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment. For international orders, all import duties, taxes, and levies at the destination country are your responsibility. These are not included in product or shipping prices.

Packaging & Risk Transfer
All products are securely packed to minimize damage during transit. Ownership and risk of loss or damage pass to you once the order is handed to the carrier. If a shipment is lost or damaged, please inform both the carrier and GiantPro for assistance.

2. RETURNS

General Rule
As our products are consumable health supplements regulated for hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once delivered, except in specific cases outlined below.

When Returns Are Allowed
You may request a return only if:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or expired; or

  • The product received is different from the one ordered.

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal dislike of flavour, or individual reactions.

Conditions for Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@giantpro.in with a clear description and photos or video proof.

  2. Ensure the product is unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging with all tags, batch numbers, and invoices intact.

  3. Do not ship the product back until you receive written instructions from GiantPro.

Requests made after 24 hours or without valid evidence will be declined. We reserve the right to inspect all claims before approving a return.

Inspection of Returned Products
Returned products will be checked by our quality team. If the product fails inspection (e.g., opened or tampered with), the return will be rejected, and the product may be sent back to you at your cost.

3. REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

Resolution Options
If your return is approved, we may at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement of the same product, or

  • Offer an alternative of equal or higher value, or

  • Issue a store credit or refund to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Charges
Shipping fees, COD charges, customs duties, handling, or other surcharges are non-refundable.

Processing Time
Approved refunds are initiated within 10–15 working days after receipt and verification of the returned product. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Limitation of Liability
GiantPro is not responsible for delays or failures in refund processing caused by external factors or third-party systems beyond our control.

4. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REFUND

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Products that are opened, used, or tampered with

  • Products purchased under discounts, bundles, flash sales, or with coupons

  • Free samples, gifts, or promotional items

  • Items without the original invoice, batch details, or authorization from GiantPro

  • Any other category of products designated as non-returnable for regulatory or safety reasons

5. CANCELLATIONS

By the Customer
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. If the item arrives damaged or defective, you may initiate a return as per Section 2.

Refund for Cancellations
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method after deducting any applicable payment gateway or processing fees.

By GiantPro
We reserve the right to cancel any order in full or in part due to reasons such as stock unavailability, payment failure, incorrect address, or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will be notified and refunded for the unshipped items.

COMPANY RIGHTS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  • GiantPro reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or decline any order, return, or refund request in cases of suspected fraud or policy violation.

  • In all situations, GiantPro’s liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

  • GiantPro is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from delayed delivery, non-delivery, or product use.
